You may use LumaReview only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Service for unsolicited messages (“spam”) or to violate the rights of others.

2. No Guarantee of Results

LumaReview provides tools to assist in generating customer reviews. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, star ratings, or business outcomes. Performance depends on multiple factors outside of our control.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis unless otherwise stated.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method automatically until you cancel.

• Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once the subscription has been activated, except in cases of proven billing errors.

5. Multi-Location Accounts

Each business location requires a separate sub-account and subscription unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaReview and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumaReview from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with LumaReview remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or resell our platform without permission.
